I believe that the possibility for healing and personal growth are much greater when we have someone to partner with us in this process. Regardless of what brings you to therapy, we all have the capacity to learn from our experiences and to create a more meaningful life.

My practice is rooted in a psychodynamic approach centered around creating a more thorough understanding of your unique way of being in the world. This includes considering how you were shaped by your earliest environments as well as developing understanding around the ways you function in everyday life.

I bring wisdom, depth, and warmth to this work as well as years of professional & personal growth experiences to help you address whatever might be limiting your capacity to live your best life. 

 

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington, trained to work with adolescents, adults, couples and families. Although I work with a variety of issues and concerns, I specialize in addiction, trauma, anxiety, and relational conflict.
